FindNA is a directory connecting customers with Namibian businesses. We do not provide the underlying services or products listed by businesses. Always conduct your own due diligence before entering into agreements.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.

3. Business listings

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. FindNA reserves the right to review, edit, suspend or remove listings that violate our guidelines.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to moderate reviews.

5. Payments

Paid plans are non-refundable once the listing is published, unless required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

FindNA is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from interactions between users and businesses listed on the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
